Delivery Options
All prices quoted on this website are exclusive of postage and packing.
Our service is fast, reliable and friendly, with next day delivery as standard. There is no minimum order quantity.
Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped same day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day. We ship orders on Monday to Thursday only, so that there is no risk of your worms deteriorating over the weekend. Local deliveries to destinations within 10 miles of Upper Caldecote can be made on a Friday. Our standard delivery rates are available to the UK mainland only, via the BusinessPost Next Day Delivery Service.
Standard Delivery
Orders under £10: £3.25
Orders over £10: £5.50
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email notification as soon as payment has been received. We aim to have your order shipped to you within 1 working day.
Special Delivery, Next Day
All orders £12.50
Providing you order before 12 noon, we can dispatch your order using Special Delivery, Next Day. Orders received after noon, can still be sent Special Delivery, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive the next day. This service includes online tracking and insurance against loss or damage during transit, as well as guaranteed delivery before 1:00pm on the delivery date.
Highlands and Islands Delivery
All orders £11.50
We can aslo ship to Highlands and Islands and to Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched immediately, and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Collect From The Farm
Customers of course have the option to collect their purchases from our farm at no cost. We will email you to arrange a time once your order has been processed and the goods are ready for collection.
Late/Lost Deliveries
We are only able to refund you for late and lost deliveries on Special Delivery, Next Day items. UK Worms and Bait Farm cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries.
