STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL UK MAINLAND ORDERS
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of postage and packing.
During the winter months we will only ship orders on Tuesday following the date of the order. This is due to seasonal maintenance. At all other times our delivery is as per below.
Our service is fast, reliable and friendly, with optional next day delivery. There is no minimum order quantity.
Orders received before 1pm can be shipped same day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day. We ship orders on Monday to Thursday only, so that there is no risk of your worms deteriorating over the weekend. Local deliveries to destinations within 10 miles of Upper Caldecote can be made on a Friday. Our standard delivery rates are available to the UK mainland only, via the BusinessPost Next Day Delivery Service.
Standard Delivery
All orders: FREE
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email notification as soon as payment has been received. We aim to have your order shipped to you within 1 working day. We ship first class so delivery should be no more than 2-3 working days after your order is placed.
Special Delivery, Next Day
All orders: £2.95
Providing you order before 1pm, we can dispatch your order using Special Delivery, Next Day. Orders received after 1pm, can still be sent Special Delivery, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive the next day.
Highlands and Islands Delivery
We can also ship to Highlands and Islands and to Northern Ireland. Please call our sales team on 01582 488108 for prices.
International Delivery
Delivery outside of the UK is dependent on the customs policies of the destination country. Please call our sales team on +44 (1582) 488108 to discuss your requirements.
Collect From The Farm
All Orders: FREE
Customers of course have the option to collect their purchases from our farm at no cost. We will email you to arrange a time once your order has been processed and the goods are ready for collection.
Late/Lost Deliveries
We are only able to refund you for late and lost deliveries on Special Delivery, Next Day items. Eco Worms cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries.
